J.G. Ballard Conversations

RE/Search has just released “J.G. Ballard Conversations”, a collection of interviews with legendary British author J.G. Ballard by V. Vale, Mark Pauline and others. This Saturday, September 10th there will be a book release party/art show at Hayes Valley Market in San Francisco.

The celebration will take place at the Hayes Valley Market and will conclude with a “Dynamic Art Installation” organized by Mark Pauline, founder of Survival Research Laboratories (SRL). Other party entertainment includes a panel moderated by V. Vale with Mark Pauline and composer Graeme Revell, who rarely appears in the Bay Area, with a Q&A to follow. DJ Mike Ryan will provide Ballardian music (yes, Ballard has inspired a number of recordings) throughout the evening.
