Three Day Stubble 777 Show at 12 Galaxies

Three Day Stubble

I ran into Donald the Nut from Three Day Stubble on Sunday at Brian Eno’s 77 Million Paintings event. I was surprised to see him in town (he currently lives in Japan) and he said he was only here a short time, but long enough to have a super rare Three Day Stubble show this Saturday, July 7th (7-7-07) at 12 Galaxies in San Francisco.

Time goes on, the world goes round, and on some days, it all just seems to line up. July 7th 2007 is just such a day. That once ever lucky Saturday brings Donald the Nut’s brief return from Japan, and gathers the rest of the painfully introverted Three Day Stubble crew back from their own physical and mental journeys.

What could it mean to assemble these nerds on such a fateful day? Only one thing…a show so bursting with sebum that you simply can’t keep it out of your eyes. So don’t throw away your cologne just yet, dowse yourself in Brut and pull your pants up so you have to awkwardly squirm on down to 12 Galaxies for this important date – one that you may look back on for years to come!

Along with years of hits, the band will be playing some of their newest songs – even if they have to make them up on the spot! Plenty of bawdy tales from the animal kingdom are also in store, as Donald rips it up and regales the audience with new routines from his current job as house comedian at the Takao Sex Zoo, just outside of Kyoto.

But it’s not just Three Day Stubble that will be playing – their friends will be there, too. Friends, you ask. Do these nerds have friends? Why yes, they do. Friends like Borts Minorts, BätFärt, and Tiger Claw Lafever!

Can you possibly miss this show? Maybe. But you can be certain that a day like this will never happen again.
