Neil Armstrong (1930-2012), The First Person To Step Foot on the Moon
NASA astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first person to step foot on the moon, has died at age 82. He was commander of the Apollo 11 moon landing mission, where he set foot on the surface of the moon on July 20, 1969.
