Fun Japanese Construction Barricades Shaped Like Cartoon Animals, Characters, and Maps

Japan makes its construction sites more fun with cute barricades featuring adorable cartoon animals, characters, and even prefecture maps. According to Kotaku, construction equipment rental company Sendaimeiban collaborated with Asahiyama Zoo in 2006 to make fun monkey barricades, and since the practice has become more widespread.
