French Drone Club Holds a ‘Star Wars’-Inspired Forest Racing Event
French drone club Airgonay held a forest racing event that drew a fair amount of inspiration from Star Wars — specifically the Phantom Menace pod races and the speeder chases on Endor in Return of the Jedi. Pilots donned goggles to get a first-person view from on-board cameras as they raced around the course’s three laps.
