Eight-Foot-Tall Grim Reaper Jumps Out and Scares People

Prankster Jack Vale recently scared random people for Halloween by dressing up as an eight-foot-tall Grim Reaper and jumping out when they passed by. He gained his intimidating extra height by putting on stilts before heading out to the busy streets.
