“Garbage Dress”

Artist Robin Barcus Slonina creates wonderful dress sculptures out of unusual materials like garbage bags, poker chips, and beach balls. She has created the sculptures for multiples series, including: “State of Dress,” a series of dresses inspired by U.S. states, and “99¢ Only Store,” a series of dresses made of items purchased at dollar stores.
