The Dark Knight Trilogy: Ultimate Collector’s Edition box set will be released on Blu-ray Tuesday, September 24, 2013 and will come packed with a lot of extras. Within the collection of bonuses is this footage of Christian Bale auditioning for Batman Begins (2005) while wearing Val Kilmer’s batsuit from Batman Forever (1995). During Bale’s audition, director Christopher Nolan provides commentary and information about how Christian created his own unique version of Batman.
