Beyond Neon is a documentary by William Swaney of Viva Vegas Ventures that focuses on the revitalization of culture filled downtown Las Vegas with help from increasing amount of small business, community, the local art district and Tony Hseif, the CEO of Zappos.com moving their company into the old city hall building.

Capturing Downtown Las Vegas and its resurgence. This will show the people, the struggle, triumph, and the community that makes this place like no where else.
