An Investigation of Poorly Designed Doors and What Can Be Done About Them
Vox contributor Joe Posner enlisted the help of 99% Invisible host Roman Mars to investigate poorly designed doors and what can be done about them. Posner spoke with Norman about exactly what design elements make a door bad and lead people to push when they should pull and vice versa.
