A Short Documentary About Dennis Hlynsky’s Mesmerizing Videos of Animal Movement Patterns

Last month we posted about mesmerizing experimental videos by artist Dennis Hlynsky that use digital processing to make the flight paths of birds visible. The Atlantic has released a mini documentary about Hlynsky, in which he discusses his experimental videos and how they came about. In addition to his bird videos, Hlynsky has also created videos that reveal the movement patterns of insects and fish.
