A Monster Calls is a magical monster movie about a giant tree creature, voiced by Liam Neeson, who helps a bullied 12-year-old boy with his ill mother and the numerous other problems in his life. It stars Liam, Sigourney Weaver, Felicity Jones, Toby Kebbell, and Lewis MacDougall. The film, directed by Juan Antonio Bayona, is based on a young-adult horror novel by author Patrick Ness and is scheduled to release in the United States on October 14th, 2016.
