Film and TV essayist Rocket Riley, who previously gave a comprehensive tour of the Game of Thrones map, turned to the origins of Planet Mandalore in Star Wars lore. With great attention to detail, Riley explained the catastrophic battles, losses, and ultimate victories of Mandalorians over a span of 10,000 years.

Discover how one of Star Wars’ fiercest warrior cultures survived genocide, civil war, and galactic collapse to reclaim their world.

Riley also explained how Tarre Vizsla, the first Mandalorian inducted into the Jedi Order, forged the Darksaber that became the symbol of the right to rule Mandalore.
