9-Year-Old Boy Acts as the Weatherman on a North Dakota TV Station

9-year-old William Hallman played a TV weatherman recently and gave the forecast on North Dakota station KVLY for their “Scheels Weather Kid” segment. The video has since gone viral and Hallman has been asked to do the weather with Al Roker on the Today show.
