Sweet Potato Fries With Marshmallow Sauce and Bacon Crumbles
On top of the Liquid Chocolate Bars that Guittard was serving up at Outside Lands 2013, another festival vendor, San Francisco catering company Global Gourmet, was making sweet potato fries topped with marshmallow sauce (which was more like an airy mousse) and bacon crumbles.
