French photographer and filmmaker Mayeul Akpovi continues his gorgeous video trip around the City of Light with “Paris in Motion Part 4”. As with parts 1, 2, and 3 before it, this latest installment combines thousands of still photographs to create timelapse video of some of the city’s most famous sites.
