‘Tampon Run’, A Video Game by Two Teen Girls About Menstruation

Tampon Run is a video game by New York City high school students Andrea Gonzales and Sophie Houser about menstruation. Specifically, the game features a protagonist that collects and throws unused tampons at enemies in an effort to highlight the still-taboo topic of the female reproductive system. The game was created as a final project for recent Girls Who Code program.
