Potato Chips in Odd Flavors Like Sloppy Joes, Baby Back Ribs and More
There were Sloppy Joe flavored chips.
While visiting the greater Columbus, Ohio area, I stopped by the Walmart Supercenter in Dublin to check to see if they had any crazy food products (Columbus is a known test market city). Immediately upon walking through Walmart’s doors, I was face to face with a giant display of oddly flavored potato chips (including Sloppy Joe), all made by Pennyslvania-based snack food brand Herr’s. Naturally I had to buy a bag of each for my own test marketing purposes. (Also, we recently posted about a short video by NPR shot in the Herr’s potato chip factory.)
