Gorgeous 4K Drone Footage of an Unusually Perfect Rotating Circle of Ice That Appeared in a Maine River

Todd McKee, founder of Bulldog Aerials, former associate director at ABC News and licensed drone operator captured gorgeous, high definition overhead footage of an unusually perfect rotating ice circle that suddenly appeared in the middle of the Presumpscot River in the city of Westbrook, Maine. According to McKee, this ice floe was massive.

It is about 100 yards wide and slowly rotates counter-clockwise.
