m0xy, A New Industrial Arts Incubator in Oakland, California

m0xy is a new industrial arts incubator located in the Fruitvale neigborhood of Oakland, California. The incubator is housed in a 40,000-square-foot former metal works, and includes studio, office, and coworking space, and an indoor art gallery. Videographer Eddie Codel recently documented m0xy’s cavernous facility with a camera drone. m0xy had its grand opening last Friday. More info can be found on the m0xy Facebook page.
