Yesterday we wrote about a video that showed Tara, a brave little cat that saved her little boy Jeremy from being attacked by the neighbor’s dog by flinging herself at the dog. Since then, the family has been interviewed by ABC News and the Today Show, during which Jeremy’s mom assured the audience that Jeremy is doing very well and the dog that attacked him is currently in quarantine.
I with am speaking with animal control yesterday regarding the reports. It’s looking like there are only two options unfortunately. The animal can be rehabilitated by the family possibly but from what I understand that’s a long and difficult procedure to get the dog back in their custody, otherwise it will be picked sleep unfortunately.
