Gerry Anderson, Creator of Thunderbirds (1929-2012)

The Guardian has reported that Gerry Anderson passed away on December 26, 2012 at the age of 83. Anderson was the creator of Thunderbirds, the 1960s sci-fi TV series which featured marionettes.
