Dinosaur Comics Creator Stuck in Skate Park Hole Takes His Predicament to Twitter In Real Life Text Adventure
On August 18, Ryan North, the creator of Dinosaur Comics, took his dog Chompsky for a walk around a Toronto skate park. It was raining when North went take a photo of Chompsky in the bowl and he subsequently found that they were stuck with no feasible means of egress. So North took to Twitter and posited a “hypothetical” question as if it were an interactive text adventure game.
If I climbed into this in the rain to get this picture and now couldn't get out, what should I do? Hypothetically pic.twitter.com/g5jdjbed5B

Several of his followers responded with well-meaning suggestions.

@ryanqnorth Like a skateboard, run from one side to the other until you have enough momentum to leave your hypothetical trap.

Tried but I need both arms to stay at the top with Chompsky and one is used up carrying him :( https://t.co/87cLabdyUZ

.@ryanqnorth maybe use your tshirt and leash to build a body sling for chompsky to pull him out after you climb out.

No way to make shirt into sling big enough for Chompsky, now I am topless and stuck in a hole, please advise pic.twitter.com/4bhyO2QUgx

North finally found the solution with a great idea suggested by Nicole Hoye.
@ryanqnorth Well.. pull yrself out, then use the leash to pull Chompsky's front half up, while grabbing his behind with the umbrella handle!
