Cute Sculptures of Animals Made Out of Grated Daikon Radishes
Setagaya-ku, Tokyo-based Kiminori Kono has made an incredible series of sculptures of cute animals out of grated daikon radishes. A step-by-step tutorial for creating the polar bear is available to view online at Cookpad.
Kono has also released a book titled Grated Daikon Art, which features photos and recipes from his collection of edible animal sculptures.
