Coyote Peterson Uses His Sock to Capture the Attention of an Playful Orphaned Baby Red Fox

While on location at the Steve Kroschel Wilderness Center in Haines, Alaska, Coyote Peterson kissed a moose, followed a short-tailed weasel and desperately attempted to catch the full attention of a feisty baby red fox named Lupine. Luckily Peterson found another use for his worn sock, using its scent to draw the vulpine youngster in.

While visiting Steve Kroschel’s Wildlife Center in Haines, Alaska, the Brave Wilderness team were privileged to meet many amazing rescued animals …one of their favorites was Lupin, an orphaned Red Fox. Lupin was as energized and as playful as they come, and she eagerly entertained the crew for hours with all her pouncing and leaping while running in circles around the cameras!
