Apple’s Cylindrical Mac Pro Desktop Computer Launches Today
Apple’s cylindrical Mac Pro desktop computer — which was first announced at WWDC 2013 — launches today. It’s now available to purchase in two configurations: a quad-core Intel Xeon E5 processor, dual AMD FirePro D300s with 2GB of dedicated VRAM each, and 12GB of RAM for $2,999, or a six-core Intel Xeon E5 processor, dual AMD FirePro D500s with 3GB VRAM each, and 16GB of RAM for $3,999. Buyers can also customize their own Mac Pro when ordering from the Apple Online Store.
