On May 9th, Google CEO Sundar Pichai gave an impressive live demonstration of the Google Duplex A.I. Assistant, in which a human-like voice called a salon to make an appointment for a haircut. Funny or Die had a bit of fun with this footage by substituting in a conversation between the Google Assistant for an entitled young woman named Lindsay with Lindsay’s concerned, if not a bit overbearing parents.
