Filmmaker Pieter Manders has created “the bells of amsterdam,” a beautiful tilt-shift short film that sets a panoramic view of a bustling Amsterdam against the gorgeous musical backdrop of musician Boudewijn Zwart playing the famous carillon of Westerkerk Tower.
