Google Camera App Attempts to Prevent People From Recording in Portrait Mode

In this video by Android Police, the Google Camera app for Android seems to offer a very distinct suggestion to record in landscape when the user attempts to do so in portrait mode. Back in 2012 Glove and Boots pointed out the dangers of Vertical Video Syndrome.
