‘The Martian’, An Upcoming Film Adaptation of the Andy Weir Novel Starring Matt Damon
The Martian is an upcoming film adaptation of the Andy Weir novel of the same name. The film was directed by Ridley Scott (Prometheus, Thelma & Louise), and stars Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting, Stuck on You) as astronaut Mark Watney who becomes stranded on the surface of Mars.
The Martian will be released in theaters on November 25, 2015.
