Sesame Street Feature-Length Film is Planned by 20th Century Fox

The Hollywood Reporter has announced that 20th Century Fox has picked up the big screen rights to long-running children’s television show, Sesame Street. Joey Mazzarino, a performer and writer for Sesame Street, will author the movie’s script. Previous Sesame Street feature flicks: Follow That Bird (1985) and The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland (1999).
