Olympian Michael Phelps Shows Up in a Speedo for Arizona State Sun Devils’ ‘Curtain of Distraction’

Earlier this year, Olympian Michael Phelps showed up wearing a Speedo and some of his gold medals for Arizona State Sun Devils men’s basketball “Curtain of Distraction,” a jury-rigged curtain that is pulled back to reveal shirtless male students attempting to distract the opposing team while they shoot free throws.
