Incredibly Diverse Metal Sculptures Made With Only 12-Inch Nails
For nearly 30 years, Maine artist John Bisbee has been creating an astonishingly diverse body of sculpture work using a single building block: 12-inch nails. Bisbee has created everything from sprawling wall art to large-scale geometric forms and room-sized installations in which the nails have been forged and welded into complex structures. His mantra is “only nails, always different.” American Craft magazine featured Bisbee in their 2014 bonus issue, which can be viewed online.
