David Tennant, known to many as the witty tenth incarnation of Doctor Who or the dour Alec Hardy in Broadchurch, narrated remarkable BBC footage of devil rays as they took flight above the ocean’s surface in a clever effort to fool the brown pelicans soaring overhead.
