MIDI master TheSuperMarioBros2 composed this utterly manic rendition of “Bad Apple” in MIDI with a mind-boggling 4.6 million notes. The song is an example of Black MIDI, an electronic music genre in which the songs have so many notes that the musical notation is a solid black mess (hence the name). “Bad Apple” is from the game franchise Touhou Project.
