Starwood Hotels Introduces Smartphone-Based Keyless Entry, Hilton to Follow Suit in Spring 2015

Starwood Hotels company has begun rolling out smartphone-based keyless room entry along with digital room check-in for Starwood Preferred Guests in a number of its chains, including Aloft, Element, and W Hotel locations in larger cities like New York and Beijing.

Hilton Hotels will be adding mobile room entry in a number of its locations beginning in Spring 2015.
