Snow Cone Cupcakes

Bakerella has concocted Snow Cone Cupcakes, delightful little red, white and blue cupcakes made to look like icy snow cones. A detailed tutorial, along with the recipe, is posted at the Bakerella site.

These snow cones won’t melt. Nope. They’re not icy… but they are frosted.
