Enlist!, a comical Star Trek themed design by artist Anna-Maria Jung (aka “queenmob“), features an old style ad geared toward getting people to enlist as a “redshirt.” In many early episodes of the original Star Trek television series, individuals dressed in red shirts were introduced and then quickly killed off in order to show the dangers that lie ahead for main characters.
