‘Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp’, A Netflix Prequel Series to the Cult Classic Comedy

Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp is a Netflix prequel series to the cult classic comedy Wet Hot American Summer. The new series reunites the original cast of the film including Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Amy Poehler, and Michael Ian Black.

Netflix has released a retro VHS-style trailer for the series in the style of a promotional video for Camp Firewood, the fictional setting for the series and original film.

All episodes of the series are scheduled to release on Netflix on July 31, 2015.
