Previously we posted a captivating video of magnetic putty slowly absorbing a magnet, and now Joey Shanks of Shanks FX has taken it to the next level with this amazing collection of time-lapses. Shanks adds colorful glitter to the seemingly-magical putty and reflective mirror pieces to the magnets to create some truly beautiful spectacles. The experiments were used to create black hole effects for the film Sci-Fly.
