This Land Is Your Land, An Outdoor Light Installation Inside of Three Water Towers in New York City
In the installation “This Land Is Your Land,” three water tower structures are filled with illuminated images that appear to repeat to infinity. The effect is created through neon lights and mirrors. The installation was created by Chilean artist Iván Navarro as a commentary on the experience of immigration. “This Land Is Your Land” is on display at Madison Square Park in New York City through April 13, 2014.
