“The Invisible Peak” is a short documentary about the West Peak of Mount Tamalpais, a pristine mountaintop in Marin County, CA near San Francisco that was bulldozed in the 1950s to make way for a Cold War-era Air Force station. The documentary explores the mountain’s Cold War history as well as recent efforts to clean up the shuttered station through time-lapses, historical footage, and interviews. The documentary was directed by Gary Yost and George Daly.
