TEDxSoMA Returns To San Francisco

The 2nd TEDxSoMa, an independently organized TED mini conference, takes place on May 21st in San Francisco. Check out the highlights from the 1st TEDxSoMA which took place in January. Here’s more info on who’s speaking and how to register.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxSoMa, where x=independently organized TED event. At our TEDxSoMa events, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
