Precocious Second Grader Takes Over the Morning News and Delivers the Weather Like a Professional
Precocious second-grader Charlie Hale took over the “Friday Forecast” segment of the WGN Morning News and delivered the weather like a professional. Hale made small talk with WGN meteorologist Paul Konrad, danced, and shared his goal of becoming a millionaire police officer when he grows up before giving viewers a look at the weather.
Konrad also interviewed Hale about school, soccer, and comfortable chairs in another segment.
