Nomiku, An Immersion Circulator for Home Sous-Vide Cooking


Nomiku is a simple immersion circulator that lets home chefs cook in the sous-vide style—an ultra slow, low temperature cooking style favored by professional chefs (video). The San Francisco-based startup has already completed a very successful Kickstarter campaign, and expects the first circulators to ship in December.
