Back in 2012 New York City-based Japanese artist Nobutaka Aozaki began compiling a hand-drawn map of Manhattan by posing as a tourist and asking pedestrians for directions. Entitled “From Here to There,” the map is composed of hand-drawn directions scribbled by the pedestrians on a variety of paper scraps.
