Legendary Animator Tex Avery Directed Early Kool-Aid Commercial
Legendary animator Tex Avery directed this (now politically incorrect) commercial for Kool-Aid in the 1950s. Avery was known for creating some very popular animated characters like Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Bugs Bunny, Droopy, Screwball Squirrel, and Chilly Willy. Thurl Ravenscroft (voice of Tony the Tiger) provides the narration for this spot.
