Leaders in Software and Art Conference 2012

The Leaders in Software and Art Conference, a conference on new media art, takes place October 16 at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City (video). The conference will feature a keynote speech by artist Laurie Anderson, talks by other pioneering new media artists, as well as panels on art software toolkits, crowdsourced and social media art, and much more. The conference is the first to be presented by Leaders in Software and Art (LISA), a New York City-based society of creative thinkers founded by Isabel Walcott Draves. Tickets are available online.
