in.gredients is a package-free and zero waste grocery store opening soon in Austin, Texas (video). Produce, bulk items, beer and wine, cleaners, and other grocery items will be sold without packages—customers will be encouraged to bring their own reusable containers. The store is expected to open later this Summer. When it does, it will be the first package-free and zero waste grocery store in the United States.
