Mr. Dwayne Reed, an enthusiastic first year teacher from Chicago, wrote an awesome “Welcome to the 4th Grade” rap song for his new students “instead of sending out the boring, old, ‘Welcome Back’ newsletter.” Dwayne sent out a very positive message to his lucky group of upcoming students by urging that they work hard in his classroom, but also that he will help them have plenty of fun along the way.
